Hawthorne at New Centre is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350 for 1 pet, $250 for the second pet, $25 monthly rent per pet, maximum of 2 pets allowed and a 100 pound weight limit. Breed restrictions apply.
